Recording an observation

Capture a learning moment with photos and EYFS links.

Child profile → Journey → add observation

Open the child and go to their Journey.
Start a new observation.
Add a short note about what you saw the child doing.
Attach photos or a voice memo.
Link it to EYFS areas of learning and any next steps.
Submit — depending on your setting, it may go to a manager for review before parents see it.
